Terms & Conditions

Our returns policy last 14 days from time of purchase.  After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Please check items on receipt of delivery.  if there are any defects with the delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours.

  • All items must be returned in the same condition that it was received, in the original packaging and unused.

  • Items are to be returned to 235 Chester Rd, Helsby, Frodsham WA6 0AD

  • The buyer is responsible for any postage costs in regards to returning the item unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

 

Refunds

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • Please contact us prior to returning the items with a reason for their return.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.  You are responsible for packing the return appropriately.  Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

  • Please obtain proof of postage of your return.  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If an item is damaged in transit when returned, you will need to claim from the shipping company so please ensure it is suitably insured.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credit applied to your original method of payment. Only the cost of the item/s returned shall be refunded and will not include any original shipping costs paid unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

Exchanges
Items can be exchanged only if defective or damage. Please email info@hentriettasattic.com with a photo of the damaged/faulty item.  We can then discuss a replacement or refund.
